i realized something today. unless scott weiland falls ridiculously in love with me, i won't be in a relationship for a long time.

i know that's not a big deal or anything, but it's just that's what i'm used to. after about 5 years of steady boyfriends (3 boys) i'm going to be single.

i don't think it's so bad. actually i don't think it's any bad. it kinda gives me a chance to play "catch up" with the rest of my life. like by hanging out with friends and such.

so, monday (tomorrow) em and i are apartment shopping, in a completely different local. i think that'll be a big step, when i get out of the burg. aut's back in town so we've been hanging out (finally, a friend with my shoe size). on the days i don't work i meet with erin for her lunch break. mom and i are going to start doing an every-other-friday get together thing. anal and i were going to do the relay for life, but she's blind and didn't see the tent. . . so she went home. =) plus, work's about to pick up when jeremy quits and i start my 70 hours a week. umm. . . that'll suck, but it'll be a good pay check, and it's easy work, it's not like i'm chopping lumber down here or anything.

yes, i believe i'm going to make this a good summer. busy, busy, busy!

now then, how am i going to do the whole "no boyfriend" thing, without being too. . . what's the word? ah yes, slutty. ;)
